Acceptable Use Policy and Prohibited Content
Caracas Dream is for adults who want fictional, consensual adult entertainment. These rules apply to everything: your messages, prompts, characters you create, and everything the AI creates for you. They apply even if you call it fiction, role-play, a joke, or a hypothetical.
Allowed
- Romantic and sexual content between fictional adult characters who clearly consent.
- Original adult characters of any gender, body type, ethnicity, or fantasy setting.
- Mature storylines, as long as they do not cross the lines below.
Never allowed
- Minors: any person under 18, or any character who looks, acts, or is described as under 18. This includes childlike bodies, child-related words or settings (for example "loli," "shota," "teen," "schoolgirl," "underage," "barely legal," school settings involving minors), and "adults" who are really written as children. All characters must be clearly adult in both age and appearance.
- Real people: content showing, naming, or imitating a real person, including celebrities and public figures, without their consent. No deepfakes. Do not upload or describe photos, voices, or names of real people to create sexual content.
- Non-consent: rape, sexual assault, coercion, blackmail, drugging, sex with someone asleep, unconscious, or intoxicated, hypnosis or mind control used to remove consent, slavery, kidnapping, and sexual trafficking.
- Incest: romantic or sexual content between blood relatives (for example parents, children, siblings, twins, cousins, aunts, uncles, or grandparents). Characters described as sharing a bloodline, or made to look alike as family, are treated as blood relatives unless clearly stated otherwise.
- Bestiality: sexual content involving animals.
- Extreme violence: gore, mutilation, torture, snuff, and sexual violence, or violence presented as sexual.
- Bodily waste and other extreme fetishes: scat, urine, vomit, and the elimination of bodily waste on another person, as well as necrophilia and vore.
- Human trafficking, prostitution, or paying for real-world sexual services.
- Hate and harassment: content attacking people for race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar traits. Threats, doxxing, or sharing other people's private information.
- Self-harm and suicide: content that encourages or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- Terrorism and violent extremism.
- Illegal activity: instructions for weapons, drugs, hacking, fraud, or anything else illegal.
- Gambling or games of chance for money.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or someone's privacy or right of publicity.
Account and platform rules
- One person per account. No sharing, selling, or transferring accounts.
- No trying to get around our filters or age checks (for example jailbreak prompts, coded words, or switching languages to hide what you ask for).
- No bots, scraping, automated access, or reselling the Service or its output.
- No commercial use without our written permission.
- No spam, malware, or attacks on the Service.
How we enforce
- Automated filters check prompts and AI output. Flagged content may be reviewed by trained staff.
- We may block or delete content, give a warning, limit features, suspend, or permanently close an account. We decide based on how serious the violation is and whether it has happened before.
- Anything involving minors leads to an immediate permanent ban and a report to NCMEC and law enforcement.
- No refunds are given for accounts closed for breaking these rules.
