Underage / Child Safety Policy

Caracas Dream has zero tolerance for anything that sexualizes or harms minors. This policy explains how we keep minors off the Service and out of its content.

Users must be adults

  • Age gate on first visit: before any content loads, every visitor must confirm they are 18 or older. Visitors who choose "Leave" are sent away from the site.
  • Age confirmation at sign-up: every account holder confirms they are 18 or older (or the legal age where they live, if higher). Lying about your age breaks our Terms.
  • Age verification where required: where local law requires it, or if we have reason to doubt someone's age, we use an independent third-party age verification provider. We only receive a pass or fail result, not your ID or selfie.
  • Payment: purchases are made through our third-party payment processor, which runs its own checks.
  • If we learn or suspect that a user is under 18, we close the account right away.
  • Our site is labeled with the RTA ("Restricted To Adults") tag so parental control software can block it. Parents can also use device and browser parental controls.

Content must only show adults

  • All characters must be 18 or older and must look clearly adult. A stated age of 18 or older does not make childlike content acceptable.
  • We block prompts, character profiles, and outputs that describe or suggest minors, including child-related words, school settings involving minors, and childlike bodies or behavior.
  • Automated filters check text and images. Flagged content is reviewed by our team and removed.
  • We do not market the Service with words or images that suggest minors.

What happens when we find a violation

  • The content is removed and the account is permanently banned.
  • We report child sexual abuse material, and attempts to create it, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and to law enforcement, and keep records as the law requires.

Report it

If you see anything that may involve a minor, or think a minor is using the Service, email support@caracasdream.ai with the subject "Child Safety." These reports are handled first, and we act on them right away. You can also report to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.
