Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when you can get a refund for purchases on caracasdream.ai, sold by Seven Rivers Tech LLC.
What you are buying
- Memberships: one-time payments for 30 days. They do not renew automatically; buy again when yours ends.
- Coin packs: one-time payments for coins used for chat, images, and videos. They do not renew.
- Everything we sell is digital and delivered right away.
- Payments appear under the name Seven Rivers Tech.
Memberships do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
When we give refunds
Because the Service is digital and starts right away, payments are generally not refundable. We will refund you in these cases:
- Duplicate charge: you were charged twice for the same thing.
- Unauthorized charge: a charge you did not make or allow (we may close the account to protect you).
- Service did not work: a technical problem on our side stopped you from using what you paid for, and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
- Unused coin pack: you ask within 14 days of buying it and have not used any coins from that pack.
- Where the law requires it.
Please ask within 14 days of the charge. We may still help after that, but we cannot promise it.
We do not refund: unused days of a membership period, coins you have used, dissatisfaction with what the AI said or created, or purchases on accounts closed for breaking our rules.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@caracasdream.ai with the subject "Refund Request" and include:
- The email on your account.
- The date and amount of the charge (and the payment processor's transaction or payment ID if you have it).
- Why you are asking for a refund.
We reply within 1 business day and decide within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
EEA and UK customers
If you live in the EEA or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. When you buy, you ask us to start the digital service right away and accept that you lose this withdrawal right once the content has been fully provided. If you have not used the membership or coins, you can still withdraw within 14 days for a full refund.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most problems are faster to fix directly. If you file a chargeback, we may suspend your account while it is reviewed.
